My hope in creating SHE & Co was to bring happiness and hope to postpartum families. As a Postpartum Doula, I educate, assess and support parents in their postpartum journey. As a fellow parent of 2, I will sit, listen and empathize with what you’re going through.
I’ve been there.

I want to help you thrive more than survive and see you heal rather than just deal. I will be there for you, your partner and your baby every step of the way!
