In 2019, I sat alone in my small apartment trying to latch my newborn baby. I hadn’t showered in days, or eaten much and the dread of night loomed over me.

I had always been told that motherhood was part of who I was- it was in my soul- so why did I feel so lost and alone?

Over the following years, I did a lot of soul searching and healing and in 2024 decided to become a postpartum doula.

I’m excited to be the woman I needed-

My Approach

sTRENGTHEN

Together we’ll work on strengthening your sense of self, your relationship with your baby and partner and if needed I can provide resources for strengthening your postpartum body.

Heal

The 4th trimester is a time for healing.
As your doula I will help you keep track of ‘all the things’ so you can rest, heal and bond with your baby. Afterall, you just created life! You deserve it!

Empower

Through education and support, my goal is to empower you during your 4th trimester. You will become confident in your ability to make informed decisions and will learn to advocate for yourself.
